Finding this website the other evening caused me to take a trip down memory lane I had refused to take for many decades. I dug out all of the pictures and papers I could find and relived an important time in my life. These are treasured memories from a precious time in all of our lives.

I scanned a lot of pictures into my computer and forwarded them so that they could be posted here. Unfortunately I have forgotten many of your names and I'm really sorry to have lost that. If anyone can identify them, I'd really like to know. Please feel free to message me if you like, I know I would enjoy hearing from those who touched my life so many years ago.

Willy Williams, Bill Hirsch, Steve Konneker, Pete Pipkin, Dowd Helms, Mamasan Smith, Lenny Mills, Pat Meyers, Dave Swope, George Herrman... I will never forget you guys.

Saw the posting of Jessie Muir reporting for Officer basic? Wondering how he became a LTC and how an old fart like me can go through basic at our age? Interested in knowing details.
